Nancy’s passion for GROWING, TEACHING, and INSPIRING others began when she took a role as a trainer for a well known beauty brand early in her career. With decades of experience in corporate, Nancy has worn many hats: trainer, award winning business consultant, mentor, podcast host,  inspirational speaker, and author.

Her career has taken her from working with iconic brands to collaborating with some of the most inspiring figures in the professional beauty industry, building a reputation for her deep knowledge, innovative ideas, and genuine passion for helping others to reach their goals. Nancy has been trained by world renown speakers, and top celebrity performers in presenting, speaking, and engaging an audience to learn through multiple senses. Nancy has passionately pursued her dreams and relentlessly strives to continue to be the best version of herself in order to better serve her audience.

At the heart of Nancy’s work are three guiding principles:

Becoming a first-time author has been an incredible journey, born from the ashes of a tragic life experience that once threatened to define me. In my darkest moments, I found my greatest courage through surrender and faith. There was a fierce resilience that I had never known existed within me that was born through these vulnerable times. I unearthed profound lessons about fear and that with faith and courage, everything I ever wanted lied just beyond its intimidating threshold. I learned that courage is NOT the absence of fear, but rather the determination to take that first step forward, despite it. Each page of my memoir reflect this transformational journey capturing the raw and unfiltered truths of my struggles and triumphs, ultimately leading to the transformation and awakening of my soul.

In addition, my unwavering love for the beauty industry and all the amazing humans in it, have been a guiding light in my life, inspiring me to dream BIG and pursue my passions. This has lead me to create a children’s book called, When I Grow Up, that intertwines my personal journey of following my dreams. Through this story, I hope to ignite the spark of young hearts to chase their aspirations fearlessly. As I share my true life story, I invite young people to follow their passion with an open heart and determination.
